The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero region in the
municipality of Piobesi d'Alba, just a few kilometers from Alba. The special
thing about Grappa Sibona is that it has a special distilling license, the No. 1
of the UTF. This special Grappa Riserva, which is distilled from the pomace of
the Muscat grape and other Piedmontese grape varieties, was first aged for a
long time in oak barrels.
It was then refined for several months in barrels on the island of Madeira, in
