municipality of Piobesi d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.
The special thing about Grappa Sibona is that it has a special distilling
license, the No 1 of the UTF.
Grappa Piemontese di Nebbiolo is made from Nebbiolo grape marc from Langhe and
Roero, from freshly harvested grapes selected by Sibona during the harvest.
Distillation is carried out entirely in-house in copper stills, and aging takes
place for a long period in stainless steel tanks, which in turn is completed by
aging in oak barrels.
