The Tamdhu Distillery is characterized by its use of Oloroso sherry casks, which
play a central role in the maturation of its whiskies. These specially selected
casks, made from a rare type of oak, are crucial to the development of the
whisky's unique characteristics in terms of color and taste.

This bottle represents dedication to whisky and celebrates maturation in
American oak sherry casks from start to finish. Quercus Alba Distinction begins
its production in the oak forests of North America before the casks are exported
to Spain. There they are elaborately processed over a period of six years in the
"sherry triangle".



The limited edition of the Distinction whisky from Tamdhu highlights the
remarkable influence that the maturation period in these American oak casks has
on the whisky. Originally, these casks were used to store the finest Oloroso
sherry for six years, a process that infuses the wood with rich and complex
fruit flavors. After this period, the casks are transferred to the Tamdhu
Distillery.



The result is a whisky that not only impresses with its depth of flavor and
complexity, but also with an extraordinary bouquet that takes the senses on a
