During the exclusive aging in Oloroso sherry oak casks, from the Spanish Jerez,
this rich, fruity and full-bodied fine spirit ("New Make Spirit") is transformed
into a single malt with cult status.
After bottling, the maturing distillate remains in the same barrels for 18
years. During this time, this rich and complex single malt develops,
characterized by mature oak, ginger and raisin tones.
