The Miguel Torres winery is located in Vilafranca del Penedes in Spain. Since
its foundation, the company has grown from year to year. Today, the winery
covers more than 1,300 hectares of vineyards. The special wines are sold in more
than 150 countries and have gained a great reputation worldwide.

Torres De Casta Rosado is an elegant blend of 65% Garnacha and 35% Carinena
grapes. The grapes are first cold macerated for 24 hours, a method that allows
optimal levels of color and aroma to be extracted from the skins. This is
followed by 15 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel
tanks at around 16-17 °C, which ensures gentle development of the aromas. After
fermentation, the wine remains in the tank for further maturation before being
bottled and sealed with a screw cap.
