As usual with other West Cork bottlings, this whiskey is also distilled three
times.
To create a better effect between the copper, the pot stills and of course the
rising steam, the stills of West Cork are only half filled.
The West Cork CALVADOS CASK FINISH Irish blended whiskey matures in first-fill
bourbon barrels and gets a very special finish in Calvados Garnier barrels.
