Rare beauty this completely balanced Dutch Chardonnay from the Limburg countryside. Beautiful aroma of flowers, wonderfully supple with the typical Chardonnay characteristics. In the combination we prefer with a nice piece of salmon (preferably from the oven) or just an old-fashioned snack plate including hot meatballs.
