Distilled overlooking the picturesque Crosskirk Bay in Forss, Caithness, Crosskirk Bay Gin is juniper led with local botanicals providing a soft, citrus character. One botanical close to our hearts is Scots pine taken from our first family Christmas tree, planted in our garden way back in 1993!
