The name 'Buteo' comes from the vineyard's buzzards that watch over the
vineyards and protect the precious grapes.Buteo Buteois the scientific label for
the common buzzard. Buteo is bottled from fruit harvested on the Homefield &
Woodlands vineyards and made in stainless steel by winemaker Steve Brooksbank.
The resulting wine is a light-bodied white with a citrussy nose of lemon and
grapefruit, followed on the palate by a mixed salad of gooseberries, passion
fruit, elderflower and green pear. It's a wine that's simple but easy to love!

Pairs beautifully with: Fresh cherry tomato and green leaf salad, steamed white
