Chamlija Mutesekkir Blanc de Blancsis a dry white wine from Kirklareli
Provence, Turkey. It's a blend of Albariño, Narince and Chardonnay with 13.7%
abv. Suitable for Vegans.
The Chamlija winery is owned by Mustafa Camlica and named after his daughter,
who designs all the labels for the winery’s bottles. All Chamlija’s vineyards
are in Kirklareli Province. The Bulgarian name of Kirklareli was Lozengrad,
which means "The city of Vines". Chamlija practice high density viticulture and
there as many as 10,000 vines per hectare in some locations. This competitive
growing space means the roots go deep into the 350 million year old granite
soils, which also have excellent drainage, allowing for intensely fresh but
characterful fruit. Zingy with notes of apples, papaya, grapefruit, and melon.
