Wild-fermented Pinot Noir with Burgundian charm. Oliver Zeter's reserve red
leads with inviting raspberry, violet and crushed berry aromas. The palate is
soft but concentrated with velvet tannin and a hint of wood maturation - half
the blend is matured in new oak, the other in used oak.
Pairs beautifully with: Lasagne, pork sausages and mash or falafel burgers.
