winemaker Kerry Damsky in 1997 to create quality Indian wines that pair with
Indian cuisine. Released to wide acclaim and perfected over the last decade,
this single estate Shiraz is full of flavour with smoky vanilla, blueberries,
prune and cocoa. Dindori is a single vineyard in a picturesque sub-district of
Nashik, offering gentle hills of red laterite and basalt rock. These lighter
soils allows the Shiraz to flourish. The wine is matured in American oak for 12
months adding sweet coconut notes and a smoky note. Sula is committed to
sustainable winemaking and ensures fair livelihoods and a better standard of
living for Sula's community of farmers and workers.
