Harvest characterised by an extreme drought preceded by perhaps the hardest frost in memory in the history of the D.O. The ripening was extreme and this is embodied in the characteristics of the wine. A warm, elegant and fine wine
Visual Phase
Intense, deep picota cherry, lightly brilliant Nose
Really intense with very pleasant aromas. Predominantly red fruit, cherry, with the aromatic complexity characteristic of a good wine. Subtle notes of cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, toffee. We also find a mineral and lightly balsamic touch, distinctive of Bosque de Matasnos Palate
A fine and pleasant wine, with the red fruit merging with the subtle spices Long and continuous aftertaste, the red fruit base reappears with a light touch of black fruit and those pleasant spices. Very rich and, above all, interesting, distinctive in the Ribera del Duero. Already extraordinary to drink and with a really interesting ageing potential Cellar & Apellation
