Selected vintage of vineyards of the property located at 600 meters of altitude. Production is limited to between 1.5 and 2.0 kg per strain. Harvested manually at its optimum time, it is transported with great care in boxes of 10/15 kg, on arrival at the cellar it is cooled to 10º / 12ºC passing through selection table before vinification. The fermentation and maceration during 15/20 days, according to variety, in contact with the skins does not exceed 28ºC of temperature. A modern wine, rich, powerful structure, sweet to the touch, tasty, combines concentration with the expression of the best fruit selected. Breeding: 18 months in new barrel, French and American Oak.
