The Ébano 6 Tempranillo mainly comes from our trained on the wires vineyards. Handmade harvest in 15kg cases. There is a grape selection table in the winery, and destemming before entering stainless steel tanks. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation under a controlled temperature (21-23ºC) is made for about twelve days. Malolactic fermentation is made in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for four months. Bottling, and finally, the wine is aged in bottle for at least two months prior its distribution.
