This delightful wine is made of Longyan (Dragon Eyes) a Chinese indigenous grape variety. This delightful wine is pale straw in colour and enjoys aromas of lemon, pear , green apple, honey and white flowers , clean, crispy and refreshing on the palate with lively acidity.

1 x Tiansai Cabernet Sauvignon / Marselan, 2015:
Aged for 6 months in French oak, with a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Marselan, this delightful wine displays a bright ruby colour; the Cabernet brings notes of dried herbs, cassis and a refined palate structure, the Marselan provides the aromas of ripe red fruits and warm spices. The combination of the two gives as a result a perfect balanced wine with superb depth and a wonderful juicy texture. A great gastronomic companion.
Marselan is considered as a potential signature red grape for China, adding spiciness and colour to blends. Cabernet Sauvignon / Grenache cross created in 1961 to give a disease resistant variety with good colour and flavour, traditionally grown in Languedoc region in France.
