Serve neat, with tonic or with Fizz.Penrhos Spirits Distillery was founded in 2018 by two farming families in Herefordshire. Charles Turner and Dickie Williams set up their own fruit growing business Penrhos Fruit in 2012 growing cherries, apples, strawberries and blueberries. A chance conversation between themselves some years later led them to investigate the possibility of turning the produce from their orchards into a product that bore their name. After much debate gin seemed the perfect match and Penrhos Spirits was founded. A 250 year old cow shed was converted and a glorious copper still was purchased. With four products to date, a London Dry, Rhubarb, Apple and Elderflower Gin, Blueberry Liqueur and now our exiting Penrhos Zero the future is exciting.
