This Soave Vintage from Bertani is delicious white with a great personality and complexity, it goes well with flavoursome white meats and intensely-flavoured fish dishes such as creamed salted codfish. It combines both classic & modern techniques. The wine is made from two harvests, one in September and one in October. The first harvest is fermented with no skin contact, the second harvest is of overly ripe grapes and is then fermented with the skins. The resulting colour is slightly more intense, but the wine retains its fresh and crisp flavours.
