91 Points - Wine Enthusiast. 'A thousand Roses'. Named after his mothers love for roses, Owner David Faure has aimed to create aromatic, rich and smooth wines, just like roses. An intense and deep purple colour, the nose is fresh, carrying floral notes and light notes of vanilla, with a subtle hint of strawberries. The palate is very fresh, lively and reveals a medium to concentrated structure. Located in the Southern Médoc with prestigious Grand Crus Classé neighbours, this Château is 100% Organic and a real hidden gem!
Vivino Rating: 4.2 (Oct 2024)
Wine Press Ratings
91 Points - Wine Enthusiast (2016)
"With a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon, this ripe wine revels black-currant flavours. The solid core of tannins is still young but promises to soften over the next few months, encouraging the fruitiness of this rich wine."

About the Producer
Brought back to life in 1999 when Sophie & David Faure completely renovated the estate, Château Mille Roses is located in the Southern Médoc, between the famous Grand Crus Classés of Château Cantemerle and Giscours. Since 2010, they adopted organic production for their entire estate, no longer using any chemical pesticides or herbicides, believing a rich and well balanced wine with a personal identity comes firtst and foremost from its terroir.
