The Wine Advocate
"From the winery's flagship vineyard, the 2019 Gnarly Vine Zinfandel Monte Rosso Vineyard includes fruit from vines nearly 130 years old. Aged in a combination of French and American oak, it's a full-bodied (15.9% alcohol on the label) yet vibrant example of Zinfandel, with vaguely peppery spices, mint and blackberry aromas on the nose and some plummy notes and hints of chocolate on the long, mouthwatering finish."
