Taste

Good complexity where the floral freshness of chamomile and wild flowers marries with the elegance of white peach and candied citrus fruits. The sweet spiciness of vanilla and cinnamon, tending towards notes of honey and the fragrance of bread crust, gives it a softness which, when combined with the strong iodised minerality of the granite soil and the light notes of aromatic herbs, such as sage and rosemary, perfectly expresses the strong character of this Vermentino di Gallura.
