Taste
Bright, fragrant berry-fruit aromas, interlaced with spice and herbal notes. The wine is focused and concentrated, with a succulent fruit core, framed by fine-grained tannins and a mouth-watering acidity. An elegant and understated style with immediate appeal, but structure to last.
About the Producer
A new world winery with an old world approach - Seresin are in no hurry when it comes to their wines. They let the wild yeasts that live in their vineyard ferment the grape juice into wine. Working this way does take a little more time, but they get wines with added savouriness and with more mouth watering textures and flavours. They also show a unique sense of place. They let all our wines spend time in barrel or bottle before release. Good things come to those who wait.
