Winemaking:
To produce a Vintage… the best reward for those who work in the vineyard day
after day. Produced solely in years when the grape is of extraordinary quality,
it has body, it is strong, distinct and intense. This is Borges Vintage. The
wine will stage in small oak vats develop for a maximum of 2 years. Its
evolution will be complete in bottle.


Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz


Tasting Notes:
Presents a clear appearance of tawny color. Reveals an aroma quite evolved. The
palate is sweet, with some persistence and evolution.


Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC


Food Pairing:
This vintage can be enjoyed by itself but it goes equally well with full cheeses
and chocolate or red fruit deserts. A strong cigar can also be the ideal
accompainment.
