The wine tradition in the Évora region dates back to time immemorial. The charter that Manuel I granted to the city in 1501 attests to this. The red wines are produced from the Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet to Aragonez grape varieties, with aging in new French oak barrels. Very fruity, they have great concentration and exuberance typical of youth.
