A distinct wine made from grapes picked and selected manually during September. Herdade Grande Tinto has its origin in grapes of high quality that were destemmed and gently crushed followed by a cold soak at 10ºC for 1-2 days. This technique is helpful to extract more fruit aromas and flavors enhancing complexity and a softer tannin structure. 100% of the wine was aged in American and French oak, during 6 months.
