This wine was produced through a selection of grapes from the varieties Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto, from the best parts of the vineyard known as Vinha do Cruzeiro, located in the parish of Bouro Santa Maria, municipality of Amares, district of Braga. The grapes destined for the production of this wine are destemmed. The wine is made using the fermentation temperature control at 12ºC. The stage follows in stainless steel vats.
Clear and light citrus color. Floral and fruity aromas well combined and balanced, typical of the very ripe grapes of the Loureiro variety. Excellent body, soft flavor, with some freshness and a very fruity and persistent finish.
Excellent wine to accompany white meats, seafood, fish, as well as salads and oriental food.
