Poulton Hill has created a fresh Cotswold rosé wine. The Seyval Blanc, Phoenix, and Regent and Rondo grapes were harvested by hand on the estate in 2014, the juices were fermented and then blended to create this wonderful wine that is often enjoyed on long, hot summer days.Our rosé is a rich salmon pink in colour. It has soft, well-rounded, ripe summer fruits on the nose that lead to delicate hints of damson plum and strawberries, with a crisp, dry finish on the palate.The wine pairs well with salads, and fish and chicken dishes with fruit-based sauces. All our wines are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
