About Somm in the Must:
Somm in the Must came together in 2016 after several visits to wineries from Austria, by Nicolas and Pierrick, two sommeliers sharing a common vision of winemaking.
They established close relationships with family-owned wineries who are sharing the same values.
By combining the expertise and experience of the winemaker with the vision and the knowledge accumulated over the years from all the encounters from Nicolas and Pierrick, they are able to craft wines with distinctive expression.
Each wine is a unique interpretation of a particular varietal, vineyard and its place of origin.
