This wine has a straw-yellow colour, a characteristic nutty perfume and a dry, clean flavour with a refreshing acidity..
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested during the first week of September and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel, at a cool temperature in order to maintain the aromas of the grape. After a short period of contact with the lees, which improves the structure, the wine is then stored in stainless steel until bottling to maintain its freshness.
Production Area:
The grapes are selected from vineyards throughout the Veneto region.
Grape: 100% Pinot Grigio
Look: straw yellow appearance.
Nose: a pleasant bouquet of citrus fruits, peach and yellow melon.
Palate: is full, full-bodied and at the same time characterized by an acidity that gives it freshness. Fruity finish.
