Circumstance Distillery worked with Tiny Giant and Rewrite digital to create 'Ginette' - a neural network capable of creating her own gin from scratch, including recipe, name and label. Trained by the team to analyse thousands of botanicals, understand gin recipes and learn a database of more than 500 gin names, Ginette went through a process of creating a huge catalogue of brand names, designs and botanical recipes before deciding on Monkers Garkel - a beautifully fragranced Gin!
Botanicals : Juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, prune, gooseberry, raspberry leaf, clementine zest, orange zest and marigold flowers.

About the Distillery
We are a small, independent distillery in Bristol. We use small, handmade copper pot stills to produce craft distilled gin in small batches and limited quantities. We create classic and seasonal recipes for our gin loving customers, and bespoke recipes with our partners.
