Alma de Merixel is an artisanal small production sparkling wine, using the same
production method as Cava with only best selected grapes, but with a unique
touch that differentiates it from normal cavas….its blue!
Rigorously following the traditional methode champenoise means they get a
natural needle of fine bubbles that stand out even more in the glass because of
the bright blue colour.
It’s dry and unique character, with a slightly sweet finish, is intertwined with
an elegant acidity – great to drink at any time.
