MD Alcantara Verdejo is an organic wine made from the best verdejo grapes. It is
a fresh, expressive and elegent wine with its blue colour and mix of mango,
peach and apple flavours make this an altogether differnt wine.
Colour: Intense blue / clean / bright
tBouquet: Intense / fruit aromas / tropical fruit / peaches / apple / mango
Palate: Good acidity / balanced / fresh / dry
The wine goes well with white fish, shellfish and poultry and of course as an
aperitive. The blue colour comes from anthocyanin a natural pigment that is
found in the skins of red grapes and added to the wine during the production
process.
Serve well chilled
