Santamania London Dry Gin is a small batch hand-crafted gin made with Spanish
spirit obtained from native grapes. This neutral spirit has its own identity,
which gives this gin a unique character and flavour. Madrid premiere urban
distillery, Santamania are passionate about craftsmenship and quality. Their
gins are distilled in small batches (never more than 1000 bottles) resulting in
award-winning,complex gins fit for a king!
A sophisticated, multi award winning London Dry, aged in single French oak
barrels & rested in stone cellars. A real treat for any gin aficiando, this
comes as part of a limited edition five barrel run (total 980 bottles). The
result is an elegant balanced gin with nuanced juniper, angelica root,
coriander, gradually transforming into more complex liquorice, white pepper and
ginger flavours. All coupled with a long, satisfying finish…its a bonafide
classic!
