Sue's Chardonnay is hand-picked then (unsulphured) juice is brought by boat to the mainland. It's naturally fermented in very big French oak barrels, ensuring the pure fruit isn't overshadowed. The wine is astonishing. If you enjoy great white wines from Burgundy, you must try this. Struck match and lemon tart aroma, complex, textured and mineral to taste.
