100% single pot distilled rum, aged with a perfect balance of spices to complement the Cornish rum.
Works well in a simple rum and coke but we enjoy it with a good ginger ale and a squeeze of fresh lime.
Please note the colours of our products are natural. We dont use colourants, so some natural colour variation will exist between batches.
Nose of heavy citrus zest and oils, cloves, ginger and subtle spice. Complex start on the palate, with the orange chocolate finish dominant. Warming, spicy, interesting, and balanced. World Rum Awards 2020, style winner
Rosemullion is a family-run craft distillery set in the rural Cornish countryside. We create International award winning artisan spirits including gin and rum, and are passionate about the quality, flavour and authenticity of our products. We are one of a small number of distilleries to create our own base spirits from scratch. All of our gin and rum is made in 300-400 bottle batches in our copper-still, utilising Cornish rainwater in the fermentation and distillation process.
Our gins comprise around a dozen carefully selected botanicals including juniper, coriander, Angelika root, liquorice and black pepper. These are complemented by the use of local Cornish ingredients including seasonal fruit sprinkled with some Cornish sunshine when available. Whilst our rums are 100% pot-batch distilled to ensure they retain their essential flavours.
We have been awarded medals at the San Francisco Spirits 2020, SIP Consumer awards in California 2020, World Rum 2020 competition and Great British food awards 2020
GREAT BRITISH FOOD AWARDS 2020
I absolutely loved both the rums from Rosemullion. The Gold is very special, incredibly smooth with lots of lovely vanilla from the oak and almost a whisky edge to the flavour. I have to say the packaging is spot on and really well done, both label and bottle shape are beautiful. Judged by Charlie Stein
