One of New Zealand's top-rated Sauvignon Blancs, this is a beautifully balanced, full-flavoured example of its genre. There's zippy acidity and nice green notes as well as some exotic passion fruit.

This wine is crunchy with zesty fruit flavours which are followed by a cleansing minerality on the finish. Sadly theres never much of this brilliant wine to go around, so stock up while you can! A fantastic partner with grilled tuna steaks or try it with lighter Thai dishes.
