Deep purple in colour with an expressive nose. Medium-bodied, rounded tannins, packed with red fruits and a touch of spice on the palate. A complex wine with a long finish. Winemaking: Maturing in cement and stainless steel temperature controlled vats for 45 days. Made at relatively cool temperatures in order to retain as much pure fruit as possible. Fined with egg whites and filtered. Vineyard : Double guyot trained vines on clay limestone soils. Machine harvested grapes from old vines.
