Château La Blanqueries sun-drenched, sloped vineyards produce exquisite examples of organic Bordeaux wine. Located in the town of Méringas, Château La Blanquerie fully utilise the South-eastern aspect of their slopes. Here, their twenty-four year old vineyard can completely soak up all the French sun has to offer. This allows the grapes to concentrate in flavour and the end-product to be complex and finessed.
Château La Blanquerie Entre-Deux-Mers Blanc 19 is pale and straw-coloured once in your glass. The wine is a blend of primarily Sauvignon Blanc, with a small amount of Sémillon. These two great Bordeaux grapes combine perfectly to create a delightfully fruity and aromatic white wine. Pronounced ripe aromas of pear will hit you immediately, then on the palate youll be engulfed by a veritable fruit bowl of flavours. These will include peaches, apricot, pineapples.
