The Bousquet family, from the city of Carcassonne, in the south of France, has 4 generations in its long history and winemaking tradition. Their passion is the production of superior quality wines and that is what, in 1990, brought them to Argentina to start a new chapter in the family wine history.
El principal objetivo de la Familia Bousquet fue combinar las técnicas de elaboración de vino europeas, con el clima y terroir excepcionales de la región. En el año 2002 Domaine Bousquet tuvo su primera cosecha. The vineyards have always been treated with organic practices, without the need to use pesticides or any other synthetic product.
This Malbec is made with grapes planted in Tupungato at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level, one of the highest in Mendoza. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its varietal typicity and achieve a fruity and expressive character.
Pair with: with red meats with sauces, cheeses and pasta.
We also sell Bousquets Chardonnay and the Gaia Red Blend.
