Eudald Massana Noya Ermilar Reserva Cava Brut is a certified bio-dynamic sparkling cava wine made in the Penedes wine region which is just outside of Barcelona in the north east of Spain. Traditionally, Penedes is known for producing premium red wine and Cava.

The grapes used to make this cava are a blend of organic Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay grapes. The wine has a lovely citrus base and pale straw colour. The Cava has small and a persistent flow of bubbles with a well defined crown. Very noble on the nose with powerful aromas of freshly baked bread and very pleasant aftertaste. The perfect cava for special occasions.
