Mario Giribaldi and his family started organic grape growing back in 2001, obtaining their organic certification in 2004. This makes them one of the first organic wine producers in Italy. For Mario and his family, making wines in a bio-dynamic way is a lifestyle. They continue to produce high quality wines, searching for authenticity, determined to make their wines as a true reflection of themselves, the area in which they live, with respect to the flora and fauna.

Made from 100% organic nebbiolo grapes from the Giribaldis vineyard located in Novello, northern Italy. Expect a well balanced combination of red fruits, spice and delicate tannin. A very elegant red wine. The vintage is 2015.

Food Paring: Red meats, and game, roasted meats and stews. After ageing, this wine pairs remarkably with dark chocolate and chocolate puddings.
