Subtle on the nose with warm notes of ripe yellow stone fruit, soft passion fruit and chalky-mineral complexity. The palate is layered and finely textured, with ripe gooseberry, tropical and citrus notes, framed by a mouth-watering acidity, which creates a persistent finish.
The hand-print is a symbol of Seresin's philosophy to work traditionally and with nature to create wines. This wine is made of certified organic fruit hand-picked from two of Seresin's vineyards which are farmed biodynamically and certified by Demeter. It is a blend between eighteen different parcels of Sauvignon Blanc and two of Semillon from multiple vineyard blocks.

About Seresin Estate
Founded in 1992 by cinematographer Michael Seresin, Seresin Estate is farmed organically and operates under biodynamic principals. Seresin Estate encompasses not only the vines and olive groves, but also pasture land, livestock, vegetable gardens and orchards, as well as native vegetation. Seresin Estate is a new world winery with an old world approach. Organically and biodynamically grown, hand-tendered and hand-picked, the grapes are hand-made into wines of passion, grace and spirit.
