Chilli Fest received a Great Taste Award 1-star (Simply Delicious) in August 2019. The judges enjoyed the lemon colour and fragrant nose. The nose has hints of Indian spices and a warmth that is very pleasant. The chillies are very nicely integrated and the heat remains throughout the palate. We created this for Holker Halls Chillifest, and its made with locally grown chillies. If you are looking for a blow your head off chilli gin, this isnt it!
