This Tequila Blanco is produced in a traditional way in Mexico. The Blue Weber Agaves are harvested in Jalisco, and their hearts are cooked until they can be pressed into fruity, aromatic agaves juice. During the careful distillation, the juice is transformed into a wonderfully soft and mild distillate, which is then bottled to 40% drinking strength.
