Disgorged in October 2019 with 2.5 grams per liter dosage, the NV Extra-Brut Grand Cru Le Terroir (2016 base) is showing very nicely, mingling aromas of pear and crisp stone fruit with hints of smoke and buttery pastry. Full-bodied, layered and vinous, it's elegantly fleshy, with excellent cut and a long, saline finish. This bottling is drinking beautifully today.
