The Grappa Riserva Del Fondatore is made from a cuvée that matures in Limousin oak barrels and in Porto barrels. The maturation period is 5 years. The distillation is carried out with continuous and discontinuous steam stills according to the Da Ponte method. Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Fruity, fortified wine, notes of vanilla.
