"Attack on Titan" has been a best-selling manga published in Japanese magazines for several years. The last hardcover was presented to the public in May 2021. There is now a sake collection called "Beyond the Wall". This is a limited edition with 4 key characters highlighted from the manga. These sake rice wines are produced at the Kikunosato Distillery in the NASU region in northeastern Tochigi Prefecture. This region offers perfect conditions for sake rice, with large temperature differences and good water quality. The rice is sourced from local farmers in the region. This sake is a Junmai Ginjo made from rice of the GOHYAKUMANGOKU variety. EREN is the main character of Shingeki no Kyojin. Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Fresh, fruity, floral, sweet notes. Taste: Rich, clean, fresh, dry, sweet notes. Finish: Long lasting, rounded.
