Canerock Spirit Drink is produced by Clarendon Distillery and Long Pond Distillery in Jamaica. Distillation takes place in column and pot stills. The maturation of the rums for this spirit drink takes place in American oak barrels. 10 to 15% of them received a finish in sherry PX barrels. Tasting notes:Color: Bright amber. Nose: Rich, complex, notes of pastry, vanilla, coffee beans, dark chocolate, coconuts. Taste: Sweet, rich, notes of caramel, raisins, allspice, tannin oak. Finish: Long lasting, poppy seed cake, dark cherries, plums, coconut, mint, ginger, cloves.
