Col Sandago Prosecco DOC Brut is produced in Italy at the distillery of the same name. The grapes are gently pressed and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks for about 60 days at a constant temperature of 16-18°C. Then it comes to filtering and cold stabilization.
