The Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey is produced on the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland. The Dingle Distillery was founded by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. This single malt is the first release of the Core Range and will be available permanently. After a triple distillation the whisky matures between 6 and 7 years in Pedro Ximénez Sherry and First Fill Bourbon casks. Tasting notes:Colour: Rich orange gold. Nose: Sweet, fruity, apples, caramel, raisins, vanilla. Taste: Fresh, lime, mint, ripe pears. Finish: Long lasting.
